  Well,we all know that people need motivity. Sometimes motivity comes from salary and bonus, sometimes from dreams, sometimes from preasure, but almost all the time from words. We live in the world, then we have preasure. There is an idiom says “Life is most likely as one wishes thing.” So when we meet difficulties, words can help us so much. I intend to say 2 sentences I favorited very much.

  The first one I usually speak and courage my colleagues and myself is “Measures always more than questions.” It’s a truth. We’ll meet many questions and trouble in the working time. Some difficulities can by solve easily, but some difficulites are hard to solve, but it’s my duty and responsibility. So I never felt upset when I met difficultie. Because I know I can solve it sooner or later. My colleagues and subordinates always ask me for help them solve problems or how to solve them. At the beginning, I told them how to do and why to do so. But I’m really very busy everyday, and what is more, they began to dependent on me psychologically. It’s not a good phenomenon to everyone. Therefore, when they asked me for assisting, I acquired them to give me their suggestions, then I told them which should do,which shouldn’t. And the best measure is bla bla bla. Approach a problem from friendly side, I can tell you directly, but from working side, I have to cultive my subordinateds to think and solve questions by themselives.

  The second one is suit to working time and life. It’s said “Tomorrow will be sunshine again.”  No one can live in the world has an unbroken smoothness voyage of his life. We felt painful when we lost relations, we were misunderstanding by colleague, family member or friend, we lost job or couldn’t eran more money, we worried about some dangers attacted to us, etc. Well, and we usually felt helpless when we couldn’t change our life, job, difficulite states. At this time, I told to meself that tomorrow would be sunshine again. And when my friends felt sad, I used this words to encourage them. Because we can do nothing except to have a opitimistice mood and adapt the situation.

  Beautiful truth always give us power and help us reduce preasure. It’s a belief in our mind. Just as the worker Douk in world war II said “No one will die here”, then the words creates miracle.
